Circle Outreach Ranch is a residential live-in community facility located
in the City of Norco – Riverside California. The program allows the
residence to work in the community and start integration into society in a
productive way with "high accountability" and "intensive
discipleship programming." Family members have regular visitation and
fellowship with our attendees. The facility has been commented on to plant
as much information about corrective righteous living in six months time as
the average Sunday church goers will receive in a lifetime of average
attendances.

Circle Outreach Ranch charges lower fees per capita than any other
treatment facility of its kind and is run by a very professional staff and
several peer lay people who have successfully recovered themselves. The
facility operates in the steed of community and love in mutual interests
for Jesus Christ, the salvation of the lost, and the advancement of God’s
kingdom as prescribed in His Word (2Tim 3:16).

Glenn Doty has worked in the substance abuse treatment and ministry field
for the past 20 years to date. He has also worked with populations of
adolescents and adults, along with his experience counseling families and
individuals. Pastor Glenn has accumulated approximately forty-thousand
hours of experience, to-date, counseling with
people battling various vices and strongholds.
