The Bible: A Test of Conscience?
The Bible talks about addiction and habits extenuating from the addictive world negatively. In Galations 5:19, 20: Addiction is referred to as sorcery, party spirit, drunkenness, and carousing. These are also known as "sin", a term that has been evacuated from the vocabulary of secular psychology and minimized of God's views as per the consequence: "not inheriting the kingdom of God...!" Yes, Addiction carries the sting of the law and by that death and eternal separation from God those who continue to {practice}...such things. But hope is available! Once the conscience is affected by the Word of God--an addict can fully recover (Is 57:18,19). Full Circle can help-ignite the conscience of those in need.
